My name is Bryan, and I write about training and everything related to it. Training is something that is always on my mind; be it in the form of reading, listening, observing or experiencing. I've got a Master's in Human Movement Sciences, am a former national champion powerlifter, and have been working as a trainer and trainer of trainers since 2012.
